Information we collect
When Google sign-in is enabled, we receive your Google account identifier, name, and verified email address. We ask for a phone number for class updates and enrollment support. The phone number is provided by you and is not verified by SMS. We store your profile and a protected session record. We never receive your Google password. Payment collection is currently disabled; we do not collect card numbers, CVVs, or bank credentials.
How we use information
We use account information to verify your identity, keep your student details, and support enrollment. Authorized academy operators can access saved student profiles. Marketing and automated enrollment notifications are not enabled in this review version.
Service providers and groups
When configured, Google verifies sign-in and Netlify hosts this review site and stores student profiles and protected sessions. Razorpay is the selected payment provider; checkout is not yet enabled. Joining a WhatsApp or community group is optional and subject to that service’s privacy terms; other members may see information you share there. Cookies and local storage
The site uses an essential, HTTP-only session cookie after verified sign-in. It does not include advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or marketing pixels. Your light or dark theme preference is stored on your device. The clearly labeled enrollment preview uses sample details and does not save or submit them. Self-hosted fonts avoid third-party font requests.
Retention and your requests
Verification codes expire automatically. Sessions expire and can be ended by logging out. Financial and enrollment records are retained for [Retention period pending], subject to applicable obligations. Security and eligibility
Access is limited to authenticated students and authorized operators. HTTPS is required for production. No service can promise absolute security. The academy’s minimum enrollment age and guardian-consent process are [Age and guardian policy pending].
